Meditation and Deep Nature Connection in Southern France

Your teacher, Eleanor O’Hanlon, is an award-winning author and teacher of deep nature connection through meditation, conscious breathing and sensory awakening. In her extensive travels to remote wilderness areas around the world, she has had many close encounters with wild animals. These experiences have taught her how nature becomes a powerful portal into the greater consciousness which is at the core of our being. The trees, rocks, rivers, birds and animals help us to awaken from the thinking mind and receive fresh energy in the present moment. Eleanor also guides small groups on wilderness journeys to rewilding areas in Europe and on whale and dolphin encounters in the Azores and other places.
