The Healing Rhythms and Resonances of Nature

Gray Whales Eye

A New Online Course with Eleanor – Live on Zoom beginning Thursday January 30 2025 at 19.30 CET

The natural world is a powerful source of healing for the body, mind and soul.

Our bodies naturally respond to the healing molecules that suffuse the air from plants and trees; we breathe them and the immune system strengthens. Walking among trees, being with the ocean, enjoying the company of animal companions – the latest research demonstrates that these soothe the nervous system, decrease anxiety and lift us out of depressive states.
This does not require thinking: the intelligence of the body is so closely attuned to the healing resonances of nature. But when we relate consciously to the powers and presences of the natural world, these healing resonances are heightened. Their positive effects on our well-being are amplified.

This course is live and interactive, with recordings, nature practices, extra guided meditations and supplementary materials for each class.

The live Zoom classes will be on Thursday evenings at 19.30 CET and last for around 90 -100 minutes.

Course cost is £170£190euros/$190. Concessions are available.
